^This is in addition to the 15-book series reviewed above. I advise you to read these after the main series. These two books, Wings of Fire Legends: Darkstalker and Wings of Fire Legends: Dragonslayer, are offshoots from the main series. Darkstalker is referred to in the main series, but his story is not given in any detail. This book tells his back story from before the Wings of Fire series. Dragonslayer is written from the perspective of different humans living in a world taken over by dragons. Some humans hate dragons, while others have found peace with them. I liked that these books provided a new perspective to the Wings of Fire series. I did not like Dragonslayer as much as I liked Darkstalker. You must read the original series to enjoy these books.
