Collaborate with the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and project managers, to develop innovative concepts and execute projects from start to finish.
Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and software to bring fresh ideas and approaches to our work.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative direction of the agency.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver results that exceed their expectations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
6 months to 2 years of experience in motion graphic design and video editing, preferably within an agency setting.
Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and video editing projects.
Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for design, composition, colour, and typography.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend creative ideas.
