Content and Campaign Strategy: Formulate, curate, create, and devise engaging digital content and campaign strategies across relevant
platforms for assigned brands.
Digital Presence Management: Manage and supervise social and digital presence, including execution, online response management, and
maintenance of online media properties.
Platform Engagement: Engage hands-on across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, websites, mobile apps, blogs, and forums.
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute project and campaign requirements, fostering strong team partnerships.
Strategy Formulation: Assist in strategy development by providing creative input for campaigns, based on primary experience with online consumers and the brand.
Performance Analysis: Prepare analysis, review, and reports on campaign effectiveness by tracking KPIs and measuring the impact of social and digital media strategies.
Requirements:
Post Graduate, Graduate, or holder of a UGC-approved Diploma in Mass Media, Marketing Communication, Advertising, or equivalent.
Certification in Digital Media, SEO, SEM, or Ecommerce is a plus.
1-3 years of work experience with a brand, digital/social/advertising/creative/media agency.
Professional-level proficiency in English.
Knowledge of social media channels, digital media, and online marketing, with an understanding of the latest industry trends and marketing campaigns.
Strong oral and written communication, presentation, analytical, and collaborative skills.
Highly organized, capable of handling multiple deadline-driven projects and workflows.
Ability to manage and collaborate with team members.
